How are arrival and departure organised?
Check-in and check-out are handled by our local manager, who will provide you with all the practical information you need before your stay.
Where can I park?
Parking is available directly in front of the house.
Is a car recommended?
Yes. A car is recommended to make the most of La Manga Club and to explore the surrounding area.
Is the house air-conditioned?
Yes. The entire house is air-conditioned and fans are also provided in every room.
Where are the swimming pools?
Two swimming pools within the El Rancho community are located just a few steps from the house.
They offer plenty of sun loungers and also feature shallow areas suitable for younger children.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes. Bed linen and towels are provided. A linen charge of 18 EUR per person applies.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Rancho 34 is ideal for families and comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome, subject to prior approval by the owners.
Is smoking allowed inside the house?
No. Rancho 34 is a non-smoking property and smoking is not permitted inside the house.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is three nights.
What is the cancellation policy?
The applicable cancellation conditions are set out in the holiday rental agreement provided before booking.
